Refund and Cancellation Policy

These are our terms and conditions applied during the service rendered.

1. We are doing our best to prevent any damages our products for sale, we cannot guarantee against unexpected nonfunctional or broken product. (For any items deemed damaged, whether we may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for Service (Opted by the customer for that individual product) the item in which the damage occurred regardless of brand, price or condition of the product. The product for which the compensation is made shall be retained by the company any damaged items must be reported to info@vectrae.com and will be inspected by us, within seven (7) days from date the damaged item was returned to you by Vectrae, through digital photos or in-person.) In case this request is found genuine we will refund the money through same mode of payment within 10 working days.

2. We do not charge you if the order is cancelled before getting confirmed. However, if the order is cancelled after confirmation, you will be charged Rs 50 as cancellation charges. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost twenty (20) days after the initial claim has been made. Any reimbursement for an item deemed lost by Vectrae shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for Service opted the lost item regardless of brand, price or condition of the product.

We realize that exceptional circumstance can take place regarding the product we supply. Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Support team @ info@vectrae.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party product (plug-ins, add-ons etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
